INNER JOURNEY IN EXTRAORDINARY PLACES

Practice yoga and meditation while visiting sacred temples and the natural wonders of Guatemala. Meet with a Maya Itza elder and indigenous peoples.

Meditate in the mystical temples of Tikal, stretch, open and nurture your body while taking in the volcanos, cascading above the aqua blue waters of Lake Atitlan.

Chant in the magnificent colonial ruins of Antigua. On this journey we will visit some of the incredible wonders of Guatemala as well as journey inward with daily practices of yoga and meditation.
