Being involved in ecotourism means much more than taking people through the jungle... We do more than passively watch the flora and fauna or visit archaeological sites to just make videos or take pictures of them... To us ecotourism is about our involvement in conservation and our objectives with the local people, who live and work in and around our natural and cultural heritage sites... but it is also about our committment to transform the lives of our travelers, in beautiful and creative ways, by simply putting them in direct touch with nature and the amazing energy of the ancient sites they will visit with us!
Our approach is on working toward sustainability, for the conservation of the ecosystems we visit but also taking full responsibilty for the human dimension of our work: possitively affecting the outcomes of our interactions with local populations and with our visitors as well. With every trip we hope to be helping secure the areas we visit for the sons and daughters of nature, of all species, from all countries, to live in harmony for generations to come...
Ecotourism and Adventure Specialists has supported and continues to support hands-on projects on which we are making a contribution, planting trees, off-setting our carbon footprint and finding innovative and sustainable ways to conduct our operations. We hope to see this have a positive impact in the ways we relate to people whom we work closely with in rural communities, and in the long term we hope to help keep our world green. We have the privilege of walking the last rainforests and cloud forest, swimming in the last pristine lagoons and we have learned that the survival of these beautiful places has more to do with supporting and educating our children in what should be the great mission for us all: learning respect for nature and for each other, in a class we could call "preparedness for a better and brighter future"...
We also hope to honor the original and primordial spiritual knowledge our elders have shared with us and help them bring forth their cosmic vision. Perhaps we can all do more by simply acknowleging and appreciating this ancient wisdom as a part of our own ancestral DNA, whether we are the guides or the visitors!
Preserving our medicinal plants and sharing our knowledge about the great healing powers they have helps us demonstrate the deep connection between our own well-being and that of our natural world. Being out there and experiencing that magic together empowers us to make not only the most appropriate and responsible use of our natural and cultural resources but to reaffirm our humanity and our commitment to our national parks and to the commuinities that support us who live around them. Hopefully being able to establish a new model for human kind, one with a heart, with a healthy, hopeful and prosperours outlook on life that will bring about a much brighter future for all!

That is why when traveling with us you will get a unique feeling, you will learn and enjoy their guiding. while your comfort, safety and well being are our top priority. Our jungle trekkers -naturalists and birders, river guides, caving experts and divers were all conservationists long before becoming involved in ecotourism and were wilderness explorers, who made great long-lasting friendships with people in rural communities. We were the first ecotourists out there ourselves, long before the term was even "invented" in the 1980s.
It is this great friendship and trust that naturally sets the tone for all our operations and mutually beneficial relationships between people and nature!!! All of our staff is integrated by highly trained professionals, who are unique characters and who make a daily contribution to our company's objectives as a whole, but who are mostly people who do what they love and love what the do for a living and also inspire others...
Our meals are well thought out: balanced, healthy and nutritious. We use only the freshest and finest organic ingredients in preparing our meals and, of course, our secret ingredients in everything we do: love and respect... We are particularly committed to avoiding single use plastics and unsustainable materials in our packaging in all our operations.
